Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Bokiti Cloud websites and products ("Services") operated by NanleTech ("Bokiti", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
Agreement
If you use Bokiti on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation, and "you" includes that organisation. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Organisation admins are responsible for managing seats, roles, and content within their workspace.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Services, including by attempting unauthorized access, interfering with availability, distributing malware, harassing others, infringing intellectual property, or using Bokiti for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
Plans and billing
Some features require a paid plan. Fees, limits, and renewal terms are described at purchase or on our pricing pages. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice for subsequent billing periods.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload or create. You grant Bokiti a limited licence to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the Services. You represent that you have the rights needed to use and share that content in Bokiti.
Service availability
We aim for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practical.
Disclaimers and liability
The Services are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. Bokiti is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Services is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Services in the twelve months before the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for Bokiti or other users. Upon termination, your right to access the Services ends; provisions that by nature should survive will survive.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise. Courts in Nigeria have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory protections that apply to you.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. If you do not agree, stop using the Services.
