Delete your Bokiti account

This page is for the Bokiti app (Android package cloud.bokiti.app) and Bokiti Cloud, operated by NanleTech. You can request deletion here even if you have already uninstalled the app. You do not need to reinstall it.

1. Email support@bokiti.cloud from the email address on your Bokiti account. 2. Use the subject line "Bokiti account deletion request". 3. Include the account email you want deleted. 4. We reply to confirm the request. If we need to check that you own the account, we ask you to reply from that same email before we delete it. The button above opens that email for you.
Data we delete
After we verify the request, we permanently delete the Bokiti account and the personal data associated with it. That includes your profile (name and email), sign-in credentials and sessions, files and other content in your personal account, mail, calendar events, form responses, and connected Google account tokens. Closing, disabling, or freezing the account is not a substitute for this deletion.
Data we keep
We keep limited records where the law, tax rules, fraud prevention, or an open dispute requires it. Billing and transaction records are an example, and we keep them only for as long as those obligations require. Backup copies are removed on our normal backup cycle. Content that belongs to an organisation you joined stays with that organisation. Deleting your account removes your personal account and your access to that organisation. We may keep information that no longer identifies you.
How long deletion takes
We complete a verified deletion request within 30 days and email you when it is finished.
Organisation accounts and subscriptions
If an organisation created or manages your account, tell your administrator as well. You can still email support@bokiti.cloud to request deletion of your personal Bokiti account. Cancelling a paid subscription is separate from deleting the account. Say so in your email if you also want the subscription cancelled, and we will explain what must happen before the account is deleted.
